●意味
“〜するのを我慢できない / どうしても〜してしまう”
〜したいという感情を抑えることができなかったり、止むを得ない事情があって、どうしても〜してしまうと言いたい時に使う。

This expression is used when someone cannot suppress the desire to do something or when unavoidable circumstances make it impossible to avoid doing something.
